  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
